TERMS AND CONDITIONS

It is necessary to supply a credit-card number as confirmation and consequently as a booking
reservation. Nothing will be charged to your credit-card, it serves only as a booking guarantee.
Any credit-card or Bancomat is accepted, except for American Express, JCB and bank or postal
cheques.
Postal orders corresponding to the cost of one night are also accepted, instead of credit-card, as
booking guarantee.
After booking you will receive a following confirmation message, via e-mail or fax, which you
must present when checking-in.  
On your departure day the rooms must be vacated by 10:00 am.
On request, complimentary baby cribs are available.   Little pets are welcome





CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations can be accepted only by sending a fax.
It is possible to cancel up to 10 days before arrival without any penalty charge.
From 9 to 4 days before arrival, the cancellation fee corresponds to two-night charge.
Booking cancellations are not accepted after 18:00 ( local time ) of the third day before arrival.
In this case, the whole amount will be charged, such in the real "No-Show" .
